The course teaches how to incorporate tactical negotiation and communication capacities into government agencies and corporate security units in order to disrupt terrorist operations, protect lives and serve national interests. Leadership in Crisis Situations The key to minimizing unexpected outcomes in a crisis is through effective leadership and command in the field. This course provides field commanders the tools to decide what to do first, how to cope with uncertainty and the lack of information inherent to a crisis, and how to manage the various people and forces responding in any type of event.

This course teaches the tools for creating and running an intelligence and information system. At the conclusion of this course you will have the ability to activate and manage field agents and information sources, and attain the field knowledge and experience needed in the most critical aspect of security - intelligence. Access and Passage Control in Secured Strategic Sites This course teaches about the latest technology and how to incorporate it to build and manage a team responsible for secure site access. In addition instructors incorporate the means, regulations and training for site management, as well as tips for identifying counterfeit documentation. This course is designed to address access control for borders, airports, ports, shopping centers, stadiums and more.
