HOTEL SECURITY WORKSHOP FOR HOTEL AND TOURIST CENTER DIRECTORS - PSOS

Objectives:

To educate the management of hotel, casino and other tourist centers regarding the potential risks and threats to which their facilities are exposed. To provide participants with security training tools and methods that can be used when facing emergency situations.

Designed for:

Hotel/tourist management personnel who are not directly associated with hotel security: General directors, departmental managers and supervisors.

Course length:

A one day intensive workshop (8 teaching hours).

Topics covered:

* Modern security concepts
* Terrorism targeting the hospitality industry (hotels, tourist centers)
* Case-studies of emergency incidents at hotels, and their results
* Analysis of the hotel management’s administration during these events
* Collaboration with rescue and back-up forces
* Personnel screening and security training
* Behavior during crises
* Effective communication during emergencies
* Summary and conclusions

Certification:

Individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate for their participation in PSOS's (Professional School of Security) Security Workshop for Hotel and Tourist Center Directors.
