SECURITY WORKSHOP FOR HOSPITAL MANAGERS - PSOS

Objectives:

To educate a hospital’s management regarding the potential risks and threats to which the facility is exposed; to raise awareness of security-specific hospital needs, including loss prevention and the importance of providing basic security training to the personnel.

Designed for:

Hospital managers and hospital department managers.

Course length:

A one day intensive workshop (8 teaching hours).

Topics covered:

* Modern hospital security concepts, European and other.
* Directors’ management of medical staff in case of crisis.
* The importance of an active security plan, and its role in confronting a crisis.
* Loss-prevention, including theft of drugs
* Information and data security
* Summary and conclusions

Certification:

Individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate for their participation in PSOS's (Professional School of Security) Security Workshop for Hospital Management.
