Objectives:

To provide the participants with the necessary, innovative tools that will allow for them to face public disturbances by means of communication, dialogue and negotiation. To train the participants in controlling an escalation of violence.

Operative agents and managers.

Course length:

A three day intensive course (28 teaching hours).

Certification:

Individuals who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate for their participation in PSOS's (Professional School of Security) Police Negotiation Course.
