POLICE COMMAND AND LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP - PSOS

Objectives:

To provide the participants with the general leadership and command principles that will allow for them to effectively and efficiently supervise teams under their administration.

Designed for:

Middle and upper ranking commanders.

Course length:

A one day intensive workshop (8 teaching hours).

* Leadership conditions
* Challenges facing leaders in a changing world
* A model of the 5 intelligences
* Staff motivation
* Management of a team, and professional "burnout"
* Summary and conclusions

Certification:

Individuals who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate for their participation in PSOS's (Professional School of Security) Police Command and Leadership Workshop.
