Since its creation in 1987, PSOS has been guided by three basic principles in its approach to creating security training and solutions for its clients.  These principles are not only the foundation of our company, but are also our greatest assets.

The Human Factor

The belief that the human factor is the key to success has been at the core of our philosophy over the past twenty-two years. The human factor refers to the power of individuals to act swiftly and efficiently in both routine as well as emergency situations.

Because the human factor is so vital to success, we insist on transferring its value to all clients who seek out our services.  We stress the importance of the human factor when providing professional training, and when consulting fraud-risk, information security, VIP protection, and other disciplines where the potential threat of an aggressor can be detected and prevented.

Prevention

Lastly, our security philosophy emphasizes the necessity to act preventatively.  This is achieved by performing risk assessment, creating security plans, conducting security trainings, and doing everything within the scope of security to foresee and avoid incidents, or, to minimize damage during and after an incident.

Our human nature is inclined towards curing rather than preventing.  For companies, the cost of “curing” is one that the management recognizes and accepts.  Prevention, on the other hand, is oftentimes perceived as an “unnecessary” expenditure; a waste of economic resources towards something that has not happened, and may never occur.

Incidents can only be avoided as a result of diligent, consistent and professional preventative measures.  A company with an open, conscious and modern vision can appreciate this reality and act to secure itself.
